Oh man, the legal drama between superstar producer Dr. Luke and pop party princess Kesha is really heating up…

It was reported today that Kesha swore under oath, in 2011, that Luke never drugged her, had sexual relations with her, or assaulted her. The judge agreed to unseal the previously sealed document for use in the current legal battle, which is going to open up a can of worms…

Kesha’s lawyer is claiming that she only went on the record with that information because Luke claimed he would ruin her and her family’s life. These are some really serious allegations and this is shaping up to get really ugly, really quickly. All I know is that this deposition came before Kesha decided to publicly accuse and sue Dr. Luke for claims of sexual assault, and it could be anyone’s guess what actually happened. I highly doubt that Kesha would be making waves if something of this nature didn’t happen to her. For her, it would be much less public, emotional, and embarrassing if she just fulfilled her contractual obligations rather than “faking” being a victim. People who have been victimized in a sexual way have a very hard time talking about it, and it is not a matter that people often abuse for personal gain. #teamkesha
